DAY 01
Arrival in Bali, Indonesia. You will be met and assisted by an International Fitness Holiday representative and transferred to our trip accommodation. There will be a welcome evening gathering once all guests have arrived.

Your second day will begin with an early morning fitness session at one of our training locations. After training you will have free time up until around 10.00am local time in which we will travel to Padang Beach in Uluwatu for another beach workout, you will then have some downtime at the beach followed by a tour around a local temple, before heading back to the resort for dinner.

Your third day will begin with an early morning fitness session at one of our training locations. After training you will have a small window for breakfast before we embark on an action packed day of white water rafting and cycling through the Ubud rice fields and villages.

Your fourth day will begin with an early morning fitness session followed by a morning to yourself to relax, have a shop before an afternoon surfing lesson at Kuta Beach.

Day five is a very early start leaving the resort around 02.00am. We travel to the base of Mt. Batur and begin the trek up the volcano around 0400. Once up the top of the mountain we will wait for the sun to rise before making the decent back down the volcano to the hot springs. At the hot springs it is a chance to relax have a stretch and get a quick feed. We aim to be back at the resort around lunchtime and then the rest of the day is yours to catch up on rest and relaxation after an early start.

Your six day will begin with a fitness session early morning at one of our training locations. After training you will have to get ready to hit the beach again for a day of water sports. The water sports will take up most of your morning and by mid afternoon you will be back at the resort for some relaxation before a final farewell dinner that night to say goodbye to some newly formed friendships.

Your seventh day will begin with a group cardio session along the beach as a perfect way to wind down before your departure and or transfer to continue on your holiday.
